  • I hear a good sweat is supposed to allow your body to expell impurities like those foot pads on TV. :) I bet you didn't know how bad a hot tub can be...if you wear gold jewelry, heated chlorine/ pool chemicals can eat through prong stone settings in as little as 250 hours. One summer of relaxing in the hot tub. Imagine what that is doing to your skin!
  • I've just come back from hols in the South of France with temps up to 38 degrees C, Never sweated so much and before I went my skin on my under arms and rear was pimply and rough. After sweating for 16 days and nights, plus warm baths to cool down and clean up, my skin is soooo silky smoothe like a baby's bottom. Think this is the sauna effect of detox. I fancy having a regular sauna now.
  • Yes they are both good for the skin they open the pores and allow the impurities to swear out and cleanse
  • With a healthy diet, yes it creates miracles on the skin because it helps to get rid of toxins throughout the skin layers.
  • I had a sauna in my friends house and my skin is ruined now with breakouts every where.... Im defo not a fan...
  • Great for the skin. It's like detox for the largest organ of your body and all those glands. SO it goes beyond just better skin. But if you work on cleansing your body a few days before and include a sauna, too, your skin will just glow with health.
