My brother recently passed away without a will and I am trying to figure out what I will need when I go to probate court. He didn't have a large estate and actually owed more than he was worth. Any suggestions? I am in Texas.

I would love to give you information, but the laws in texas are different, than tennessee. Not having a will is going to be tough in court, especially if your brother died oweing debts. i am sure the state of texas, in any event, will get their share. If you have an attorney friend, give them a call. -
