How is that legally enforceable? Isn't it somehow discriminating against someone? What about gay couples who aren't allowed to get married? I think it's pretty closed-minded, and it sounds suicidal from a purely business perspective.

I think this hotel is getting at prostitution and adulterers. I respect the principle behind it, but I don't think it can be reasonable enforced- are people going to have to show birth and marriage certificates?
