I guess they figure as long as the kids are taking each other out with automatic weapons in school, cursing is the least of their problems.

Define "swear". George Carlin's 7 words are no longer the standard...tho some of them are. "Piss" stands out to me as the first word to seem to be ok now (except in one of my prior company's satellite communications).

I remember all that started also counting low class shows just after cable TV started.At first cable TV was without commercials because thats what you were paying for.Then everybody got cable for the good receiption antena.

I don't know any exact date, but I remember a news report about swear words entering mainstream conversation, sometime last year. By the time it gets on the news, it's probably been going on two or three years.
