In terms of their personal identity? Never. Unless it has to do with human safety. Other than that, people should be allowed to have their privacy. Besides that, no one TRULY knows 100% whether the person behind the screen is who they say they are, unless they are friends outside of the web. In that case, that's just rude and not something one should do to a friend.

It is wrong to even think about it. All jokes aside, I take privacy, identity and security serious. I have yet to endorse hpv6 hexadecimal encryption for login users on this site, but I think it would be wise to rotate passwords once in a while.
