No not yet, but do you think that all the millions of women having hot flushes is the cause of global warming. ;-)

I'm 47 and starting to get hot flushes. A few weeks ago, it was one every few days and now I'm getting 3 or 4 a day. They only last a few seconds. Is this normal? I also haven't had more than very light periods since last year and wonder how far into menopause I am. Mum didn't finish the menopause until she was 55 and only had a few symptoms - mainly night sweats.

I just started with the hot flushes. I'm 45. they last about two minutes, but boy are they uncomfortable! Good thing I live in Spain, and having a fan is common here
