  • Plumbing pipe or air ducting is sweating, likely. Any areas these run through, that aren't as air conditioned as your house seems to be, will condense the water out of the surrounding air onto that cooler surface. It'll accumulate and then drip. I doubt very much, that your wall spaces are air conditioned hence, cool air in duct or cold water in pipe....sweat.
  • chances are that your supply air boots that are the termination for your supply air ducts at the ceiling level are not properly insulated. They are made of galvanized sheet metal and sweat in the attic space. Cold dry air inside the boot + hot humid air surrounding the boot= condensation.
  • There's also a possibility that you have a drain pipe clogged with dust or mold. Might as well clean your filter while you're at it, though that doesn't have anything to do with your problem.
  • This happens to me when the condensation coil becomes clogged.
  • It's call condensation. When the warm humid air meets the cold air conditioning duck work, droplets of water codense and run off. Like the "fog" on a mirrow after a hot shower.
