As educator9445 wrote, if Kedric's mom is Kelsy's sister, that would mean that Kelsy is either Kendric's aunt or uncle (Kelsy is a gneder neutral name). On the other hand, if Kedric's mom is not Kelsy's sister, then those two people would be first cousins. Since Kedric is one generation removed from those two, he is Kelsy's first cousin once removed. Kelsy's child would be Kedric's second cousin since they would be of a common generation.
