Is there a correlation between the number of points you have and your idolisation of AB? Is it becoming a pet that is not to be critisised in any way or form?

Maybe for some, but I think they would feel that way points or not, because of the time spent here. I like AB. I have been a level 68 and now a level 45 but I don't see it as a sacred cow to be only petted. Keeping it real is its best hope for keeping it going.

I don't quite get your question. You mean: The higher your points, the more likely you worship AB to a point that you think it's faultless? Not really. I'm the user with the fourth highest total points, but I do criticize AB. Just check out a comment that I have posted on the latest AB blog. AB appreciates CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.

I never care for points. The expressions of thanks that they write for my answers give me more satisfaction than AB points or gold coins. I received some best lines of affection here at AB. There is a saying in my native language - "In any society, you will always get what you search for if you put in the necessary effort".
