Beleive it or not I was 8 when I got my first job working for my mother who owned her own typing business. My job was to stuff envelopes and put stamps on them. I also did all the filing.

16. It was the early days of the "HomeGoods" retail chain, and they were building a new test location near my town. I spent a month basically doing construction in the warehouse and helping to set up the store, and then after the grand opening, I was just another dork in an apron helping angry/cheapskate customers with their inane inquiries.
