Does your sonogram ( weeks pregnant ) include conception time? Meaning your say fifteen weeks pregnant and two weeks are added for conception time or no?

When they say, "You're 15 weeks pregnant." it means your baby is only 13 weeks old... But keep in mind, NO ONE will ever be able to tell you an accurate time within a week. Even the doctors and all of their tests.
