Phentermine works well. I lost 20 lbs in a month with little to no exercise. It takes away your appetite.

which phentermine pill did you use? Adipex (white pill), Ionamin (yellow pill), Duromine (red/white pill), Generic (blue/babyblue pill).

I used the Phentermine 35mg pill. I believe Adipex is the name brand, and phentermine is its generic.

all diet pills i read require less meal intakes n more exercise so i really dont think there is anything quick
