While I've never played any of the Halo games, I'd have to say Master Chief looks better. The powered armor is damn cool!

by sheer physical look MasterChief looks better than Boba. but that is because boba is battle worn (). take the same armour in its hayday and rephrase the question: who looks better, master chief or Jango Fett? and I would have to say Jango looks amazingly better

It depends on what you mean. If you mean by power, Master Chief is better due to his armor and augmentation which makes him a fast killer. If you mean by sight, Boba Fett wins because his look of veterancy (wait, is that a word?!?) coming from his aged armor...

WoW master Chiefs armor OWNS bobba fett. In halo 3, you can customize the armor also. So not even a contest, Master Chief kills.
