This is a good question! When most people die, their relies organize the funeral. The undertaker will ask those left behind, would they like the deceased to wear any special clothing and if so, they will be dressed in those items upon their funeral. If you supply underwear, then the deceased will be wearing undies. If not supplied, then they will wear just the suit/dress that was supplied. If nothing is supplied, then they will wear a gown. Hope this answers your question!

I've wondered this before. I'm thinking they possibly might.. If your loved one passes away and leaves all their underwear behind, no one is going to ever wear them.. you might as well give em a pair. That's just my feeling.
