  • Absolutely not. What you'll be watching is called a Preview. Companies go through Previews after the rehearsal process so that they can work their show against the audience. During this time, they'll make last minute changes before beginning the actual run of the show. Previews usually go on for about 2 months prior to opening night in different cities, before reaching Broadway. Given the date of the performance, they will probably have worked through most of the kinks by the time you see the show, so you shouldn't worry too much about the quality of the performance.
