I think men are more in touch with reality and want a plain natural woman. Sexy when she wants to be, a pornstar in the bedroom, a chef in the kitchen and brings home the bacon too. Then again maybe we aren't really in touch with reality. I think most men want a natural women when they think in terms of a relationship. One nighter or friends with benefits, then it may not make a difference either way. Honestly the whole pornstar look probably makes a woman not be taken seriously for anything and is probably not attractive. It's different in a movie or picture, when someone is in person the whole perception of a look changes. It could make a woman clown like or not real, not even sexy.
