  • I am no tax attorney but I will say yes. If people are paying you through your Delaware account otherwise no.
  • I think only if you are a US national. If you are Australian and pay income tax in Australia you should not have to register as a tax payer in the US.

  • I certainly hope so. I know Delaware is a haven for corporations like yours. If you trade in the U.S. but reside in Australia, you get credit for the Australian taxes you pay but should also be filing in the U.S. One of the main problems with the U.S. economy is the way corporations us tax havens to evade U.S. taxes. I hope you aren't one of them.
  • Absolutely. Income tax and other taxes need to be paid by businesses operating in the United states.
