YEP! its cool tho, thanks for all the help

I don't think so. I think it means you think carefully about what you say before you say it. I think it also might indicate a "logical" or "scientific" personality rather than a "conversational" type. It can also indicate a self-reliant, self starter. Rather than ask a quetion when you have one, you research the answer yourself for whatever reason.
-
no i do the same thing its funner to just reply to the question but when it comes to asking one it is hard to think of something good to ask!
-
No. It's generally harder to come up with good questions. What does it say about your personality? It means you're a normal guy.
-
the two things that a know it all doesn't know is that: 1) they understand nothing 2) they are a know it all
-
no but u might think u know it all ;) Jk!
-
I also answer much more than I ask questions. (An aproximate ratio of 16:1) I know I've enjoyed your answers many times. You seem pretty knowledgeable on many things, so I might call you that. : )
-
Not necessarily. Just means you know a great variety of subjects that don't have to be relative to each other.
-
Well. I've asked 69 and answered 4,885. LOL! So I must be the bigger asshole. lol
-
I refuse to answer on the grounds that it may incriminate me;)
-
Hope not. I think I asked 13 questions total in my old account....zip for this one:) I prefer the novelty of other's questions. They take me places I haven't been before.
-
I'm exactly the same. My question count is shockingly low compared to my answer count. I've been told I'm a know-it-all too... So maybe? I don't see it as a bad thing :P
-
Not at all, I think you and I are just about on the same page. Its not easy coming up with good, original questions.
-
I am also more an answerer, with a A/Q quote of 1825%. Maybe because many of my questions got DR or flagged as nonsense, I prefered to give answer. But I am still trying, and in the meantime some of my questions have got a good reponse quote. Maybe you could do the same. As far as "knowing it all" is concerned, I know about 5% or less of what I telling in my answers. Many of my answers are the result of some research. I just try to remember the good places where I can find information. If you were a know it all, this would be shown with your behaviour. But I find your behaviour quite friendly and helpful: I have not reason to criticize you, but rather to praise you. And I have the impression that you are quite appreciated on AB.

Not at all... If that were the case, you'd have answered EVERY question out there. Most of us answer and comment on many more questions than we ask. We're probably a bit more content with our lives, feel more like being helpers or "solvers", or are more "reactive" than "proactive" as far as what we want to know (meaning only when we have situations come up do we want to know what others think - we tend not to think in the abstract). Personally, my questions are more "fun" I think. And when I think of them, I ask them. But, I can answer both fun and serious questions, but don't usually have anything serious to ask.
-
Nope. It doesn't make you a know-it-all at all. It might mean you're helpful, though. It might also mean you're addicted to Answerbag. ;)
-
Nah. it just means you know a little about a bunch of things.;)

Some people are designers, some are architects, some are engineers and some are construction workers..all are necessary..all perform a needed service. I think asking questions and giving answers and making helpful comments are all creative..I think moderation is not..the moderator is a judge/cop/enforcer. We have different gifts to contribute in life and I think it is best to stick with who we are and not try to force ourselves to emulate others who may have different gifts. Answering many more questions certainly doesn't mean you are a "know-it-all"..it means you are helpful and find others' questions worthy of your time! :) ((hugs))
-
Well I've only asked 270 questions and answered over 17,000! lol!! So what does that make me? I don't want to ask questions just to be asking them and get points. I really like to ask what I want to know or fun questions for others. And I think that questions take responsibilities, like checking on them and reading the answers, commenting. And I love to answer questions and comment with people. I like helping and sharing. I guess we each do what we can, what are strong suits are:-)

Yes. Seriously, I cannot believe you managed to come up with so many. There are a lot (I don't know how many) of questions on this site and coming up with new ones is extraordinarily hard. Answering them is easier.
