What home improvement project are you taking the longest to get to?

I generally procrastinate when it comes to all home improvement projects. Partly because I work 7 days a week and partly because sometimes I don't know how to do stuff. I guess siding the house because still haven't gotten around to that...or finishing the garage...or insulating the basement...or paving the driveway...

We were building an extra room in our basement. We got only the framing done so far. That was almost ten years ago.
