I had a bit of a problem with hotmail, but just went to my profile page, scrolled to the bottom, clicked FEEDBACK, and informed the admins of my problem. Don't forget to hit SUBMIT.
They did seem to have problems with AOL, and... I seem to remember reading about another (maybe it was Hotmail).
I've since successfully (and easily) changed my email address, and had no problem. No... Not hotmail or aol...
