I've said this before but I'll say it again- "More Oppressed Than Thou" is not a game I like to play. There's no such thing as a 'winner'.

There are no separate races beyond the social stereotype itself.

Klingons. They're the most misunderstood entities in the universe.

Arabs. I go to a multicultural school and Arabs seem to be discriminated against the most. I personally don't discriminate against them, though. They are people, too.

Human Beings are the most negatively stereotyped people. Every human stereotypes against every other human to some degree.

NORWEGIANS! And I'm getting DAMN sick of it!!

I'm with Sakhalin on this one: There is no such thing as race within Humanity, only social stereotypes. 'Black' is not a race, 'Asian' is not a race, etc. Race is an entirely different thing to what we have in Humanity (Race was originally used because it was honestly believed to be an accurate description of the differences, but we now know that it is just not true.) ***** This aside, if you want to know which of the social stereotypes is portrayed most negatively... In modern times, I would say it is either 'Arabs' or 'Asians' (at least where I live and from what I've seen elsewhere). Again I will stress the point; there is NO SUCH THING as race within Humanity. It is an archaic and completely disproven concept that is itself negatively discriminatory to continue using.
