Walmart
-
Wal-Mart

I'm a flea market person.

I don't shop at Walmart for they are a store with no moral principles,so I would tend to shop at Ikea.
-
Ikea though the two stores serve different purposes. Walmart is for general merchandise and Ikea is home furnishings. Ikea is at least ethically sourced and makes an honest attempt at environmental conservation. Walmart, on the other hand, are the devil's spawn. I recently found a cool website that shows how to "hack" Ikea furniture to customize it. http://ikeahacker.blogspot.com/

Ikea is far superior to Walmart. They really are different types of stores though. I only wish there was a Ikea within driving distance of my house. :(
-
ikea, given the option.

I generally buy things used if I can, for the sake of recycling good items. If I had to choose, I would go for Ikea. They are an ecologically-conscious company and they treat their employees very well. http://www.envirostars.com/news/ESLeader2006.html

Walmarts anywhere close to this area are disorganized, dirty, and messy so I never go to them. We have a new Ikea store opening next month that is supposed to be awesome so I'll definitely check that out.
-
Ikea, me loves Ikea!
-
I have an Ikea personality with a Walmart budget.
-
Walmart. It has products from food to drug items to many other things.
-
Although I don't like either because of the source of their goods and how much they pay the workers who make them, I would have to say I shop at wal-mart mostly for video games and computer related stuff. Even then, I shop at Tigerdirect.ca most of the time because their prices are better. Richard Shines

i use them both... they have separate purposes.
-
nope.
-
More IKEA than Walmart, on ethical grounds.
-
We don't have an Ikea, so I have to go to Wal-Mart, but I don't really like going to the Wal-Mart stores we have in our city because after awhile, I always feel sick after being in them.
-
im a walmart shopper.
-
I don't know, but I am about to find out! We have an IKEA opening next weekend. I can't wait!!
-
big stores make me sick. its depressing. so much stuff. i can rarely find a clerk to help me. i just want to get in and out. not a walmart or ikea. we have costco and a really big lumber/gardening store. they need a break room, and lots of chairs everywhere. and of course they dont.
