Do you carry a set of jumper cables in your car for yourself, or to help others?

Both, but so far I've only used them to help others...knock on wood :)

I do carry them but for both reasons.

i actually dont think i have any.. i need to invest in some. thanks for making me think of it! and yes, i would carry them for both reasons if i did have them.

I have had to use them for both.

Both for other who don't have them. Jumper cables can be helpful to you or others.

My dad usually puts them in my car, though I don't pay attention to if they are there.
