I do if it's the same as changing a tire. (not being mean I just never saw it spelled that way and I don't know if it's the same word or something else entirely)

Pull out spare tire, and jack , lets say it's the drivers side front (if it's a jack that you put a small pole though it place on a sturdy part of the under carriage ) find a piece if wood to put tightly under one of the back tires - so it won't roll.(if you have an older jack ;clamp it solidly underneath a steel part of the front of the car.)Then un tighten
the nuts on flat tire. just enough to break them free or til they're loose . jack up car slowly keeping the block under the rear tire tight. keep jacking til the flat tire leaves the ground about an inch ,,,THEN un tighten the nuts all the way and carefully remove tire...roll over spare or "donut" (you can drive around 30 miles on) and put new one on ....some more jacking may be required fit til ALL bolts come out and put one on hand tight to hold it in place then put the rest of the bolts on hand tight lower jack til the tire touches ground. THEN tighten all the nuts (best to tighten 1 then the 1 opposite from that and so on...Slowly , jack it down & pull
it from under car, put blown tire , jack in the trunk. remove block. and you're off
get to a tire center and see what you need (Especially quick if you're on a "donut")
    Good luck.

to put a spare on use a jack, there should be one with the spare then its just turn the nuts till the come off tack the flat off, put spare on and put the nuts back on and make sure there tight. to change the tire on the rim its easier to get it done at a shop, unless you have a tire changing rig its A LOT of work to get the tire off the rim

if it just has a nail in it, then remove it and get a plug set for a couple of bucks at Kragen. or most tire places will do this for free, hoping to gain future customers!

loosen the lug nuts, jack up the car, take off the lug nuts, pull off tire. Put other tire on, tighten lug nuts, jack down, really tighten lug nuts.

I don't know about any procedural eccentricities that you might encounter with your specific vehicle, but here are some basics that I've learned from having changed a few flats:

Place the jack under the car and raise it until it just touches the frame without lifting the car.

Break the lug nuts just loose but don't remove them. Leave them just a bit tighter than hand tight.

Now raise the car and then remove the nuts.

Once you've replaced the tire hand tighten all the nuts.

Tighten one nut just a bit with the wrench and then tighten the opposite nut to the same degree.

Once you've done this with all of them fully tighten them in the same pattern.
