  • Helpful if ever in need...
  • No idea.
  • I do if it's the same as changing a tire. (not being mean I just never saw it spelled that way and I don't know if it's the same word or something else entirely)
  • Do I know how to? Yes. Am I ever going to? No. I don't drive a car.
  • If you own a Ford Truck, the T-lift helps. www.tliftonline.com
  • to put a spare on use a jack, there should be one with the spare then its just turn the nuts till the come off tack the flat off, put spare on and put the nuts back on and make sure there tight. to change the tire on the rim its easier to get it done at a shop, unless you have a tire changing rig its A LOT of work to get the tire off the rim
  • If ya gotta ask, I'd say "By calling AAA" :p
  • I don't know about any procedural eccentricities that you might encounter with your specific vehicle, but here are some basics that I've learned from having changed a few flats: Place the jack under the car and raise it until it just touches the frame without lifting the car. Break the lug nuts just loose but don't remove them. Leave them just a bit tighter than hand tight. Now raise the car and then remove the nuts. Once you've replaced the tire hand tighten all the nuts. Tighten one nut just a bit with the wrench and then tighten the opposite nut to the same degree. Once you've done this with all of them fully tighten them in the same pattern.
  • Watch NASCAR. Learn how to change all four and fuel up in about 15 seconds.
  • loosen the lug nuts, jack up the car, take off the lug nuts, pull off tire. Put other tire on, tighten lug nuts, jack down, really tighten lug nuts.
  • if it just has a nail in it, then remove it and get a plug set for a couple of bucks at Kragen. or most tire places will do this for free, hoping to gain future customers!
