  • Sit up straight in a chair, in a room with no distractions, and don't move for 5 minutes. Relax, breathe, and count your breaths from 1 to 10. Don't think about anything in particular, just stay present to the moment and stay with your breathing and counting. If you can do that without wandering off into your own thoughts repeatedly, you're not stressed! Otherwise, you are.
  • IF you can't have a good night's sleep. When you lie down, your mind tend to stay blank, but not for long. Then myriad of thoughts strike through and it continues like series, and open your eyes to stop that thinking, and go back to sleep, the same thing happens again. Then you are definitely stressed.
