Just to let you know ahead of time, it's going to be a royal pain. You first need to remove the seat from the truck.(put your seat in the higest position because it makes it easier to get to the bolts). Once removed from the truck, lay the seat on its back to expose the bottom. There will be two 1/2" nuts on the front portion of this seat. Remove these and the seat will slide foreward. When this is out of the way it will expose the bottom of the backrest. You will have to slide your hand up to the backside of the armrest to remove the clip (this clip looks like the old wire clip used on window cranks and doors / "horseshoe shape with the tips bent outward").When the clip is off/ the armrest will slide out. BE CAREFUL NOT TO LOOSE THIS CLIP !I can't find anyplace that sells only the clip. It comes with a new armrest of $250. Now there is a shortcut if your experianced with working with leather seats. This can be done while the seat is still in the truck. Where the inside part of the armrest meet the seat, have one person peel back the leather seat to expose the clip, you use a hook/pick tool to remove the clip. Careful when pulling the leather,if it is a little bit dry, it can tear.Best of luck.
