Outside on the driveway. My dog sheds. I would have to unclog the drain every time!

but never bathe your dog naked, if he get's pissed, the manly hardware is within easy striking distance.
-
When I was younger, we used to bathe them in the bath tub.
-
I have.
-
I bathe mine inthe shower, but not with me.
-
Exactly the same as you my dogs love the shower.

Apparently dobermans melt in water...it's an odd phenomenon. So bath time with my dog usually consists of lots of towels, and me in a bathing suit. He shivers and whines horribly throughout the whole process (because he's melthing of course). I quickly coax him into the tub and scrub like crazy. My dog only weighs 10 pounds less than I do, and he's quite strong. So it's me in a mad dash to get him clean before he has thoughts of exiting the tub.

my dog actually loves baths, i just fill the tub half way and he jumps right in .. apparently he's a freak of nature

First, I put him in the tub and get the shampoo on him, then I run the shower over him to rinse him off ( I do have to get in with him sometimes to calm him down though)

In the bathtub. Then again, she is an inside dog...and a big one at that (great dane). And were expecting soon too...She sheds a pretty good amount too.
