  • In america, its probably the dog. for the world, its probably the bird because there are so many of them.
  • The correct answer is genus Rallus, the common sewer rat, akin to other rodents like the muskrat but those that are larger than the mouse. In New York city alone, the Rat population is ten times greater than that citys human population. In any major metroplex or city, there are approximately 10-20 Rats for every one man, woman and child.
  • The beetle. There are more insect species in the world than all other animals, plants, fungi and bacteria put together. Over 750,000 insects have been indentified, and just under half are beetles. Furthermore, scientists predict that we aren't even half way to catagorising all the insect species on Earth.
  • Among mammals, I doubt rats, thinking it's still humans. Just imagine: all those crowds of people in the streets of NY or Moscow are rats. Rats in the cars, rats on sidewalks, full subway trains of rats !? People would probably do something if that was true. I occasionally spot a rat near a restaurant's backyard trash can, but that's nothing comapred with a flow of people around. By the way, I think we humans are most beautiful mammals, followed by horses maybe, and are quite tolerant in domestic life. Dogs, for instance, seem to have much more problems in socializing, to my observations.
