  • There are lots of other kinds of nuts other than peanuts, and soy provides protein in many vegan diets.

  • Vegetation contains amino acids which build proteins in the body. That idea that we are in need of more protein is usually insane. We have plenty. I eat eggs butter and cheese because animals can be raised humanely and produce these products. If I can't get those products that way, I will refuse to eat that too.
  • I doubt that there are many people that are allergic to peanuts and ALL beans. However, there are lots of other sources of protein. Quinoa is actually a non meat source of complete protein and it's readily available and can be cooked in lots of different ways. There are also soy products, veggies with protein, the list goes on and on. btw, in America, protein deficiency is not something that most people develop whether they are omnivores or vegetarians.
