I suppose that depends on how paranoid of someone finding it are ;) You could put it in a box in the closet or under your bed. If you are really worried you could always get a nice small wood chest with a lock on it and stick it in there ;)

Hide it in plain site. In other words get a vase or something that has a top that looks like it cannot be removed. Something like those cola can safes. like a hollow lamp or maybe inside a small acoustic guitar with the hole, without strings that you hung on the wall for decoration. It would fit into the inside bottom, just put your hand inside and there it is. Use your imagination. Many people that hid it forget were it is and don't find it until they move......then the jig is up and everybody knows. It has a habit of falling out in front of everybody, they look at it then they look at you and back and forth until you say something. Maybe like "Oh that old thing, I bought at a yard sale. It looked interesting, does anybody know what it is?" Look for something it fits is and cannot be opened or looks like it doesn't open. I wish I could be more helpful but I never had that problem. I could leave it on my night table after I cleaned it, the only person I used it on was the only person that came into my bedroom. Being single has it's advantages....:-).
