What are the penalties for skipping out on house arrest for an OWI/DUI in California?

My understanding of house arrest is that you wear an electronic ankle bracelet that tracks your wear abouts. Some people are allowed to work and grocery shop while on house arrest, however, if they go out the specified parameters, then it is the same as violating parole and results in incarceration with added time as a penalty.
