You are best to visit a dignostic clinic as you need find the cause of the bad gas and probably the foul smells from both 'ends'. They will run some tests and tell you what you are suffering from. There could be a nunber of possible causes. It maybe that there are foods that you are not tolerant to, or food not being digested properly. It could be that there is an excess/imbalance of bad bacteria in the gut and perhaps also Candida of the stomach - a nasty little illness, but treatable. A good diagnotsic clinic should be able to assess the cause or causes and setup a diet/medicine programme for you to follow. Incidentally, bad breath is also to do with problems in the digestive areas and not at all to do with poor oral hygiene. Your symptoms are generally solvable but you may have to face the possibility of excluding something in your diet permanently, or return to your current symptoms if you don't. Good luck!

Firstly..look at your diet..increase fibre intake. Second...visit your local chemist/pharmacy/drugstore and look for something like De-Gas. There are a lot of products around for this problem...usually harmless, often containing a type of charcoal,, and they do work. Also explains why friends either don't hang round long or prefer to talk on the phone..lol
