I know what you are talking about, and if you were to fill a hollow point with liquid will it cause more damage than a hollow point with nothing in it. Well the answer is not a myth, the reason for this is that liquid is 100% non compresible, and if enough force is generated to the internal parts of the empty shell will push the liquid to the very back of the bullit upon impact thus creating a pushing out of the inner to the outer part of the bullit instantly mushrooming the bullit. What your asking is if you put a certain type of liquid in a bullit, and if you are going to use water or somthing like that then all that you are accoplishing is what is going to happen with or without waterbased liquid but if you used a small amount of substance yes it will work your next question will be what can i put into a hollow point bullit to make it explode? I could tell you how to make a bomb but I can't do that. It is moraly wrong, I can't tell you that kind of stuff. sorry dude I don't know you or your intentions
