Just what it says, a fantasy of the person fantasizing about it being raped. Or I guess it could also mean fantasizing about raping someone.

That's a fantasy I have to say is bad. Especially for someone fantacizing to be the rapist. Most fantasies seem harmless. But that one, pedeophila, animal, incest seem harmful to me. Schoolgirl and cheerleader things are alright as well as a perspective is kept they are over 18. Now is the participants are both below 18, that is age appropriate. Now the idea of submitting to someone else willingly and having them do as they please is fine. But, there the fact is I had given my consent. What I might be in fore that anxiety and anticipation that would be similar to a rape scenario. My fear would be if I took the part of a rapist in a fantasy, I might be setting myself up to assault someone for real. For guys fanticizing being raped by women. I may be sexist here. But I don't really consider that as rape. And I doubt a court would find them guilty unless they caused considerabl physical damage. I still regard rape as an act committed by men against women or men. Or against a child by either a man or woman.
