I have a car the title bill of sale and a will that was left to my son but the thing is his dad died and never put the car in his name its still in the other guys name now he is saying he wants the car back because that title was never put int

    If the father paid for the car then the old owner has no right. The courts will have to be involved most likely. Talk to a lawyer asap. Not a good idea to speak with the guy trying to claim the car, but if someone must then he should be made to understand that he can't get paid for sale of an item and still keep the item, no matter who dies.
