It's a sign of stress, the fact that you're 19 is a sign of aging lol. I'm 18 and I've had grey hairs since fifteen.

my cousins have had grey hair for ages - middle school i think even one of them. their dad had it too and he's healthy and aging fine =)

My grandfather's hair has been completely gray since he was 22. He's 75, now.

I've known a lot of people who started getting gray hairs that young (and some guys who started losing their hair at a really young age as well). I found my first gray hairs in college when I was about 20-21. I've had to color it since I was 25 to cover it all. And I'm almost 45 and healthier than ever!

No is not, the first time i noticed i had white hair i was 14 so i would say it has nothing to do with dead.

No worries my friend. many people have this happen early in life. it isn't a sign of aging and no you won't die early in life.

A friend of mine is 15 and he has grey hairs. Some people just get it younger.

No you are not going to die early only because your hair is turning grey. It is premature graying and it is only some of your pigment producing cells that are aging too fast and ceasing to produce the pigment - melanin. Ask your parents and grandparents you will find somebody in your family who started getting his/her grey hair that early. It is genetic and thus inherited.

My older brother Gerry (he's 24 and a genius) started going gray when he was 16. He went ahead and dyed his pubes gray...something about matching carpet. He suggests you do the same!!
