You can't. You can temorarily change them with contacts, but that's it.

I can change my apparent eye color by changing my shirt. My eyes vary from brown to green depending on what I'm wearing.

A lot of factors can change the color of your eyes, like diet, disease, sun exposure, and age. But if you want to deliberately cause your eyes to change color, then no. Right now the majority of people who want different colored irises (the colored part of your eye surrounding the pupil) have to wear colored contacts, either with correcting lenses for vision problems or noncorrecting contacts for a different look. Here are two alternative (and probably invasive and expensive) procedures for permanently changing your eye color.

    http://kahnmedical.com/newiris/

Similar to what color contacts do for your eyes, this intraocular (layman's term: inside your eyeball) implant is used to "improve the ocular appearance of patients with partial coloboma (congenital defects of the iris), traumatic irides, ocular albinism, iris heterochromia and to consumers that without any ocular pathology wish to change the color of their eyes with a natural appearance and without the limitations, risks and annoyances of contact lenses." So for those you would like to have their eyes a different hue without the daily routine of putting in and taking out contacts could find this useful, plus it won't disrupt your vision and probably won't cause any irritation or problems with oxygen transmission to the eye.

    http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m1608/is_6_20/ai_n6112625/pg_2

This article is about technological advances in optical surgery and says something about a LASIK-like procedure involving a laser to burn away melanin (pigment) in your eyes, changing them from brown to greenb to blue to even violet. It's permanent, so once you do it you can't go back (get them darker), and you also can't fo from light to dark (i.e. hazel to brown). Sounds promising! Here's the excerpt:

    "Make Your Brown Eyes Blue

In the future, you may not need contacts to do it

You may soon be able to change the color of your eyes--permanently. The procedure, like LASIK, involves having your eyes zapped with a laser. But instead of smoothing out the surface of your eye so you see better, physicians use a laser to burn away the pigment in your iris, changing brown eyes to hazel, then to blue, and finally to violet. "We think this could be the cosmetic surgery of the future," says Robert K. Maloney, M.D., a professor of ophthalmology at the University of California, Los Angeles. The one drawback: You can go only from a darker eye color to a lighter one, and not the reverse. "And once pigment is destroyed, it never comes back," says Maloney. Still, if you've got brown eyes and want blue ones, this is the way to get them without looking like a contact-wearing space alien.

...But before you decide to do anything, whether invasive or not, you should talk to your doctor or optometrist. Or both.

    EVERYONE IS WRONG.

The answer is YES, 100%. All you'll need is some money.

As simple as putting a few drops in your eyes for a little while, and you can get thicker, fuller lashes out of the deal. Ask your eye doctor for
Xalatan or Lumigan drops, for off-lable use as a lash-thickener. This is fairly safe and very common among rich people and celebrities; it will only darken your iris, not make them lighter. It's gradual enough that you would simply stop when your eyes reach the desired hue.

No, Colour contacts are the answer.

Theonly natural change is lighten or darken in different lights or with different moods this is not a colour change as the basic colour willremain the same

Secondly the eye colour tends to fade a little as a person gets into old age.
