  • No! Any teacher that uses the classroom to talk about just their political POV should start looking for a different job. That is not teaching.
  • I don't think they should. I also think they should keep their religious views to themselves as well...
  • Not unless that is somehow part of the curriculum for the course.
  • If a teacher is worth their weight, they will be able to make their views known without speaking them outright. But, no, I don't believe it is a good idea in this "politically correct" era for teachers to let students know what they believe.
  • it's not a teachers job to espouse their political or religious beliefs. now, if it were somehow part of the class, then it might be okay. but even then it'd be a pretty slippery slope for them to be on. it's best for teachers to just teach rather than to put forth their views.
