Which came first, the iguana or the chicken?

Using deductive logic, we can determine that the chicken came first. Iguana has to taste like something. Since we associate everything to tasting like chicken, then for the iguana to taste like anything it had to come AFTER the chicken. That makes sense.

The iguana is one of the oldest species on earth and is considered to be a distant cousin to dinosaurs. Then again, birds were around back then too and the T-Rex apparently shares some proteins with modern day chickens. But, I think in their current forms, Iguana was first.
