  • did you put in new parts or used? Ford trucks in my experience (I've owned 6) have a thing for wiper switches, especially in high humidity areas. If you have replaced both the switch and the motor with new parts and still have the problem, you have a defective new part.
  • Thanks for the info. All parts are new. I was worrying if there is a relay or control module that might be bad also.
  • There may be a hi/lo relay. If so the default position is low but, it may be stuck in the high position. Get a wiring diagram and see if there is.
