The wipers only work on high on my 1991 Ford F-250. I've replaced the motor and switch and they only work on high. What's wrong?

did you put in new parts or used? Ford trucks in my experience (I've owned 6) have a thing for wiper switches, especially in high humidity areas. If you have replaced both the switch and the motor with new parts and still have the problem, you have a defective new part.

There may be a hi/lo relay. If so the default position is low but, it may be stuck in the high position. Get a wiring diagram and see if there is.

Thanks for the info. All parts are new. I was worrying if there is a relay or control module that might be bad also.

I have the same problem it is the wiper governor it is right next to the fuse panel under the dash . I couldn't find it at Ford and it is no longer available at LMC Trucks, however I found it at Silverstateford.
