I do not really know how to begin..have you ever cheated on the one you love? and were you ashamed? did you confess ? were you forgiven?should I confess if I want to have a relationship with him further or will the truth just ruin the future?

I never did, but in high school a girl wanted to go out with me so she could be popular. I broke up with her and was a lot happier that way.

..ok this is a tough one..a really tough one..i have never cheated..although in my dreams i have and i woke up feeling absolutely horrible..nevertheless..you need to do what you think you should do..you can hide this secret till the day you die and risk him finding out from someone else..you can live life feeling guilty that you gave into temptation (thats a huge burden)..or you can tell him yourself and beg him to forgive you and hope he understands..at this point there is no nice way to put it..you dont tell him you run the risk of him finding out and you feeling guilty..you do tell him you run the risk of him and you possibly breaking up..its just too hard when a partner cheats and you shouldn't have.. good luck

No. However, a guy who loves me has cheated on me. No, he didn't tell me. I found out by myself. Yes, he was ashamed. Yes, he was forgiven. I am an understanding and forgiving person and I love him, too, so that's helped him a lot.
