I think circumcision is definatly wrong when the person getting circumsised doesnt have a say in it
-
for it 100%...health reasons first ..second and third

I think there is a limited amount of evidence to suggest that it can, in some instances, be beneficial when compared to non-circumcision, but in general it is just the mutilation of your genitals. People who do it for religious reasons to unconsenting children SICKEN me, people who do it to themselves (or other consenting adults) for religious reasons confuse me, but they are well within their rights to do so. People who do it to unconsenting children for health reasons have a great deal of explaining to do, people who do it to themselves (or other consenting adults) for health reasons confuse me, given the distinct lack of solid evidence for it being healthy, but they are again well within their rights to do so. *spits on people who do it to unconsenting children for religious reasons*

I think the trend for circumcising is less than it has been in all the years before now, but not by very much. I haven't come to terms with it either way.

It's not recommended for medical reasons, the country that introduced it UK, now has an intact population, and their healthcare system NHS considers it an elective/cosmetic choice. So it looks like it's mostly done for cultural/religions reasons.
-
Not at all. If an adult man over the age of 18 chooses to have cosmetic surgery performed on his penis, that is his business. Infant circumcision is morally wrong. If religious groups wish to circumcise, they should leave it until the boy is old enough to make his own decision about it - so no earlier than the teenage years. Circumcision is unnecessary for 'health reasons' - the foreskin is a natural part of the penis.

it is unnessesary to have a circumcison doctors may say it is but the reason is to make thier next Lincoln town car payment curtdude

Health. The thought of smegma. . .brrrrgh!
-
Not at all. No one asked me before they removed mine and I would have objected!

Religious reasons,,, like a ritual from the dark ages? Did God make a mistake, or how does a deformed, shortened, or crooked penis make you healthier? Do guys really take out their penis and show it around to prove their religion or have I been missing something? Not for any reason should genital mutilation ever be done, male or female.

http://www.thejc.com/news/uk-news/brit-milah-inquest-opens Shortly after being circumcised, this poor baby began to bleed from the mouth and nose and then turned blue. He was rushed to the hospital but was DOA. The ruling of the inquest later was apparently "spontaneous death"... couldn't be related to trauma from genital mutilation, right? Amputating healthy tissue does not make an organ MORE healthy. We have abandoned many old religious ideas like slavery, human sacrifice and circumcision is next. Already this year more than 15 deaths have been attributed to circumcision. Many others are attributed to SIDS, infection, etc. Circumcision is sexual assault... I don't care what your religion says about it.

one thing men should know is that there is a 60% decrease in HIV transmission in circumcised males compared to uncircumcised males. that's one health concern for uncircumcised men to consider.
-
I don't believe in it! If nature, or God, had intended men to be circumcised, then men would be born that way!
