    My guess would be Herbert Hoover

    He built the Hoover Dam - with his own hands

    AND

    He built Vacuum cleaners in his spare time.

    I posted what was sposed to ba a comment her. I moved to where it sposed to be. Anybody know how to make this totally go away? mebbeee sum prez has come up with a way to zap answers into oblivion?
