The latter is correct. I would never rely on MS Word's grammar checker - if some of the greatest authors in the world had relied on it they would never have written as well as they do.

Are---because it is plural (you are listing 2 names). 'Is' is for singular and is not corrrect in this context.

The above answers are correct. Also, Anotonio and Tony aren't exactly the same name--they are different forms of the same name, or the same name in different languages, which is an important distinction.
