  • I would interpret to mean a substancial meal. However if you need to take the med and you are not able to do a complete meal, I would interpret that I would just take a snack, so as not to take the med in an empty stomach.
  • You just need to eat something to line your stomach as some meds can corrode the lining of your stomach, causing ulcers.
  • Yup, we're great at amateur medical advice. . The Doctor is in! . Ask the pharmacy. . You could always use it anally I suppose
  • Most medicine shouldn't be taken with any kind of lactose products. As lactose is mostly an impediment for the medicine to have the full effect. As for your specific med, I suggest going to a pharmacy and asking how "strong" the medicine is. If it is moderate to mild, you can take an easy meal, but if it is considered "powerful", I suggest you try and eat something more complex before taking it.
  • Those sound like the little stickers pharmacists put on the bottles. They don't give a lot of info, do they? They really mean the same thing; I would go with something a little more solid than yogurt, which is really just milk, unless you mixed it with a good amount of fruit. If it's not taken with a full meal, toast would be fine, or a small bowl of cereal, or some cheese and crackers, or some soup, or an apple or banana.
