No. T-Mobile uses GSM technology while Verizon uses CDMA. These are the two predominantly used technologies in the United States and unfortunately very, very different. Your T-Mobile phone will not work on Verizon towers no matter what you do for it, because it was built on a different platform using a different amount of "megahertz". You could compare it to trying to play a Playstation game on an XBOX.
