That depends on your bandwidth. You can set the number of downloads to pretty much anything you want. I'd advise capping your uploads though to about 10 Kbps, as many ISPS monitor upload bandwidth and will interefere if you upload bandwidth goes past a certain point.

it depends on your connection speed for the optimum use of your connection if using 256 kbps cnnection have 2 download if 384 kbps then 3 downlds just add 1 downla for every 128kbps more (i hope you get it) and yes do not forget to switch off all applications using internet in back ground for best speed
