Duck...red wine. Gluvwien. (sp) Mashed potatos, with the skin, and asparagus cooked in balsamic vinegar. Some nasty dark chocolate dessert, warm that drips off the lips with a fruit filling. Yeah baby....hmmmmm

Duck for me, salmon for her (she's a pescatarian). Actually made this for us last weekend. Also had salad, fresh green beans with shaved almonds and garlic mashed potatoes. Oh, and a really nice bottle of Shiraz. I like to cook for her on Sundays. Had talapia stuffed with lump crab last night.

Duck for sure. My absolute favorite is duck in spicy green curry sauce (Thai style). A pinot griggio pairs very well with this.
