Help answer this question below.

Last year I worked at Burger King for 2 weeks then quit and by now I still haven't got the W2, are they gonna mail me my W2 or should I go and get it from Burger King? Or should I wait?

    By law the employer has until January 31st to mail W-2's to all employees if not u are legalaly able to sue the employer.

    You should call the Burger King that you worked at and ask them.

    I don't know about elsewhere, but here in Maine your employer has until January 31st to mail W-2's to all employees.

    Have you moved since you worked for them? If so, you may need to inquire at you local Post Office.

    I worked at Burger King in Forest Park,Ga and I quit last year too and I havent gotten mine either.
