To tell you the truth I don't have an organized schedule. I listen to my body and whatever is not sore, I work out. I work out 5 days a week. The exercises I do are these.(not all on the same day) Upper body. Flat Bench 40-50 reps. Incline Bench 30-40 reps. Decline Bench 30-40 reps. Bicep curls 40-60 reps. Hammer Curls 20-30 reps. Military presses 15-30 reps. Hammer Pulldowns 15-30 reps. close grip bench presses 30-40 reps wide grip bench presses 30-40 reps. Lower body Hamstring Curls 45-60 reps Squats 60+ reps Quad presses 60+ reps Dead lifts 30-45 reps. Hack squats 20-30 reps. I also do about an hour of boxing a week, and I run 8 miles a week. (2 a day monday through thursday).
